I don't know about you but I get stomach cramps and backache leg cramps shoulder pain from sitting for long periods at a time at my computer or form working in the garden. I love this massager it's not the small ones that are all over the place that people use as adult toys.

This one is quite large and packs a punch it has several speed settings along with several pulse settings. This works great on those pesky monthly cramps I found pressing into my stomach helped relieve some of the discomforts I was having. I use this on my back while sitting n my chair I rest it behind me and lean back onto it makes my whole chair vibrate but also get my back and legs at the same time.
The ball on this massager is as large as a tennis ball so it really gets a wide area of coverage rather than the small ones you have to move more frequently.
When I first saw this I was surprised at how big it was I was thinking it would have been smaller. It's not heavy or bulky to hold the handle is tapered so it really is a great fit for most hands. The color of this caught my attention as it wasn't pink or purple like so many are which screams adult toy. I like the grey as it looks clean and is a little more discreet.
This is rechargeable so you are not restricted to use near outlets an doesn't take long to charge back up an does last quite a long time it only took mine 3 hrs to fully charge and lasted almost the whole day with continued use. This charges with a pin adapter almost like plugging in headphones into the base it is a little stiff but a good push and it will go through the protective silicone layer.
One thing I loved was how flexible the head ball was on this massager it really helps especially if you are pushing too hard to prevent any damage to the massager or yourself. This was packaged very nice and included a  pouch bag to store this in rather than a  box along with the charging cable.

If like me you get neck cramps leg craps stiff or sore back this is a great item to have its helped me a lot its not really a noisy one like so many others you can hear across the street.
