I picked this up for my daughter as she doesn't like to go under water without goggles on and her old ones are too small for her now.
This is a really nice set I was impressed with the goggles I wasn't expecting them to be tinted like sunglasses. These fit everyone in my family really good and I love the quick snap release on the back strap along with the attached earplugs is just an added bonus the only thing is these can nor be removed from the strap unless you cut them off. You do get a spare set of ear plugs in the case for those with larger ears. The goggles have a mirror finish on the front which is great really hides the eyes and the anti-fog along with UV ray protection is great.
This set also includes a nose clamp but I find it is too tight and it can not be adjusted out any without breaking it. I don't have a large nose and it was just too tight for me to wear same as my daughter she complained it pinched too much.
The swimming cap has an almost leather feel to it and a really soft felt lining my daughter has shoulder length hair and didn't have any issues putting this on and tucking her hair up under it same as myself. This does have a little stretch to it but not too much.
