I'm a sucker for kitchen gadgets so when I saw this I just had to get it to add to my collection. But this will save me so much time and mess.
This worked really easy at separating the yolk from the egg white which is great normally I do this either with y fingers or running the yolk back and too between the shells and then picking out the shell later.
I also found that this works great on tuna and chicken in the cans as we drain off the juice from those and this worked really good for that also. I found quite a few little things that this can be used for in the kitchen more than the intended use which works out great for me.
I love that this is so easy to clean and does have quite a little give to it if pressed but springs back to its shape after.  The handle is nice and comfortable and this rests easy over my measuring cup.
