I'm my house scales are a fight to see who's bathroom they will stay in so I picked this one up for my husband I really love the sleek design and the fact I can sync it via Bluetooth to an app on my phone which makes it perfect.
I can add a profile for everyone in my house that uses the scale to keep track of weight body fat and water which really is great. This scale worked great although this one differed slightly to my other one I have but only a few ounces so that wasn't too bad.
This uses 3 AAA batteries that were included in the package. I love the design of this scale the black and silver really go with any bathroom decor. This is a really light scale compared to some I was surprised at how light it was. Connecting to the app was pretty easy my android phone detected it right off and was really easy to use the app and follow the directions. Using the app you can change from lbs to kgs but we mostly use lbs so we didn't have to change that.
I love that the scale calibrates itself but it doesn't work too well on carpet. To get a good reading for body fat you would have to step on the scale with bare feet and make sure your heels touch the silver circles at the back and the balls of your feet touch the ones at the front to get an accurate reading. If your only checking weight, you don't have to worry too much about being bare footed. When the batteries are low and need changing this will display a lo to let you know and if you move the scale you will have to step on and off to recalibrate it. All in all, i really like this scale.
