I've wanted a yoga ball for a long time so when I saw this one at a great price I treated myself or really I should say, my daughter, as her butt seems to always be sat on this while she is playing video games.
This came flat packed all folded up inside a bag the foot pump was included so that was a money saver but blowing the ball up is a workout on its own it took quite a while to blow the ball up to where it needed to be I would invest in an electric pump much easier and faster.
The pump comes with the hose and nozzle attachments the pump allows for blowing up and deflating to suck the air out of the ball. On the ball, you have a plug that can be pulled out easy with your fingers or the special tool that's included in the package.
The ball itself it quite strong and holds me at 130lbs quite easy without the plug shooting out. This is really comfortable to sit on and really makes you balance and sit up right as you have to use more muscles than you do when you sit in a chair. I really enjoy the ball and plan on doing more than just sitting on it I will be using it to exercise with.
