I don't have any neck problems but I do wake up quite often with a stiff neck from sleeping funny especially if I crash in my armchair and sitting at the computer all day doesn't help my neck.
So I picked this up to help combat the problem I have to say this is really comfortable to wear and does help me keep my neck in one easy position to prevent it from hurting when I turn.

This blows up really easy with the hand pump almost like the blood pressure cups back in the day. I thought that would get in the way but you can use the blue clip lock the air off and remove the pump then tuck the hose up in the neck brace out the way.
This has 2 velcro straps to hold this in position and help protect your neck from further injury. I have to say I have worn the hospital neck cuffs in the past and I wish I had this back then it's more comfortable.
Another great use for this is if traveling a long distance you can use this if you sleep in the car or as a pillow it's quite comfortable to sleep with it on or resting your head on it.
When this is inflated to the max you will know because it pressed up against your chin and really hold but if it's too uncomfortable you can easily deflate to a comfortable spot for you. This flat pack really easy and can be stored in your car for traveling.
