I've never had much luck with these body shapers they have all been too small or  too big but I'm happy to say this one is perfect for me I got this in a size x-large(fits waist 30-32inch) by all means I'm not a large woman but these always run differently in size I normally wear a US size small im 5'6 and weigh 130bls.
I got this to help hide my little stomach that makes me look 6 months pregnant and this really helped me look flatter. I could have got away with the large but i feel that would have been too tight on me.

This is really comfortable to wear and even adds a little lift to the bust as well as flattens the stomach. I really love this it pulls tucks and lifts all at the same time.
The material is amazing it's not silky soft but comfortable and doesn't cause irritation I actually wore this for 2 days straight even slept in it and didn't find it uncomfortable after a little while you forget your wearing it till you have to go to the bathroom if your in a rush it gets hard unhooking the 3 hook n eyes between the  crotch. I washed this as i do anything else except i used a delicate bag to prevent fuzz on the lace and the hooks catching other items in my wash.
