I picked these up for my husband to help him stop snoring along with my daughter and maybe myself I don't know if I snore really family hasn't mentioned it.

But I love this concept no chemicals no sprays pills or oils simply insert the nose clips into your nostrils and breathe easy while you sleep.
I love that this pack came with a few different sized nose clips really it's like a family pack as it's not one-size fits all the smallest set are perfect for babies and young children whereas the next size up work great for toddlers to teens then the other 2 are more adult size.
These are not hard they are quite soft and can be squished really easy. I found these are great not only to prevent snoring but to help you breath when you are congested. So these didn't work for my husband but they did help my daughter my husband is a heavy snorer and not much works on him.
I've tried these myself the last few nights and to be honest, I actually slept better as I could breath easier.
