I got these to replace the ones I have for my clothes line, I love that I can fix these to my tree hooks so easy and thread my line through them and stand in one spot while I hang clothes out to dry in the summer. 

These are really well made and these do swivel around so you don't need any other tools to use them. 
You can also use these as a hook and pull things up or lower them down from a second story building. My husband wanted these for work to help hold items near the roof of the shed so they are out the way and can be easily pulled up or let own.
because these are double rollers it allows me to have double lines rather than just my single one so I can dry more items in a day.
