As far as shower curtains go this is a really nice one it does have a few minor imperfections that i spotted only on accident but its not a big deal for me as i use this as a picture background.

This is a really nice bold color that will really set of any bathroom this did not come with hooks so you will have to provide those yourself. This is not a heavy shower curtain and does repel some water but not all as this is fabric it does get heavier when wet so its always best to use a plastic liner behind this.
The hook holes do not have the metal loop its just a stitched hole along the top of the fabric which does make putting the hooks through easy at times.
The gold pattern is original and really sets off against the burgundy. This is actually more like a curtain and could be used as one as it blocks a good amount of light.
