These actually helped keep me calm and relaxed I did feel as if I had more energy after about a week of taking them normally I would get tired around 11 am after getting up at 5am and these helped me get through the day it did take a week for me to start seeing results.
These do have a slight oily taste if you don't swallow fast enough and it's more like a fish oil taste to me but didn't leave an aftertaste and I didn't have any adverse side effects at all that I noticed. I haven't used ginseng before so this was my first time and I was happy that I could feel these working especially around week 2 things I would stress over didn't bother me as much I could feel the calm washing over me so to speak.
