This came with a set of ear plugs which I'm not all that big on but they do work they fit good and snug and do block out a lot of the noise.
The mask itself is really comfortable and can be adjusted to suit your head size and if over time the elastic sides should stretch you can adjust to compensate for that which I love. The mask is padded but not overly padded so it does press on your eyes to make you keep them closed when wearing in a well-lit room the only light I see is a tiny bit down the side of my nose.
I expected to see more light than I did and managed to grab quite a few hours of good sleep while wearing I didn't even notice I was wearing it was so comfortable.
