I got this for beside my husband's armchair as at times he needed a little extra light when reading or looking on his phone and this works perfectly.
I got this at a discounted price to test out. This is not huge or looks out of place and can be bent and move in a wide array of directions depending on where you need the light its bright but not too bright that it will hurt your eyes if you stare at it.
The clip fits easy on most any table desk or nightstand and turns on easy with the push of a button I love that it's a USB plugin which lets me use my power bank also if we should lose power we can have some light still. 
The power cord is long but not too long I did have to use an extension cord for it to fit in the lace I needed it next to my husband's chair.
