I picked this up for my husband after watching him when he comes home and rubbing his knee.

My husbands work outdoors and he does a lot of walking and sitting in one position for long periods of time when doing the baseball fields and I thought this knee brace would help relieve some of the discomforts he has been having as of late.
I ordered mine in a size large I should have gone with the extra large as its a little tight he says around the thigh area.
This has a rubber grip around the top edge to prevent it from sliding down while moving and a thick elasticated band both at the top and bottom.
My husband did wear it to work and when he came home he did have some red marks where this had been sitting but his knee was not acting up. if you wear this in a seated position for a long period you will have a little heat build up at the back of the knee more so than the front. My husband is 5'8 and weights 190lbs
