I got this for the summer when I make my ice tea up more so than ice coffee but this can be used for a variety of different things.

I got this at a discounted price to try out and I love it I have already made some ice tea in this it worked wonders. I love that the pitcher is marked to let you know how much you have filled or have left. but depending on what you fill the filter with remember to allow for the water difference. The pitcher is quite sturdy but is glass so is breakable I caught myself a few times setting this down a little too hard as I'm heavy handed.
My biggest issue with this is it's tricky to clean the pitcher is not big enough to fit your hand in and if you don't have a dishwasher you have to buy a cleaning sponge or brush to reach the bottom.
The filter inside screws onto the cap and sits down inside quite easy minus a few clangs against the side of the pitcher. The first post I made after rinsing everything out had a metallic taste to it so i boiled some water and soaked the filter made another pot and all was fine i think the filter has some machine oil left over on it.
