Bayou Classic 10 Quart Aluminum Fry Pot and Basket with Cool Touch Handle

I purchased this a while ago and I have to say it's been one of the best deep fryers I have ever owned I cook fries chicken onion rings the works in this pot.
This is a large 10-inch pot and can handle and hold quite a lot I was looking for a fryer when I spotted this and made the purchase. When this arrived I had to attach the handle with ease using the 2 provided nuts and bolts I did find a 3rd and use that as extra protection to make the handle more sturdy.
The handle for the fry basket is covered in a heat-resistant rubber so it doesn't get hot and burn you when handling it the basket itself has a lot of drain holes but not all the oil or fat drains out even when perched on the side of the pot it could have done with a few small holes around the edge.
The pot can also be used to boil items in as we have used it to make big pots of shrimp and chicken perlo. This pot did not come with a cover and I had a hard time finding one to fit so I use foil to cover mine while not in use.
The handles on the side of the pot do get very hot and can't be touched without any gloves on. I haven't had any issues using this and give had it for a while now. I have used this both indoor and outdoor this cleans up really easy even after being covered in baked on grease
