I picked these up because I suffer with my feet they swell up just from doing housework especially standing doing dishes.

I got mine in a size medium I wear a women's size 8 shoe and these fit but feel a little too tight on me. I wore these the house day and shockingly enough my feet haven't swollen up so bad they really do keep the ankle and foot supported and warm apart from my toes being cold but that's the weather.
The elastic around the toe area is tight but the one around the ankle is not too tight at all it hasn't left a ring on me whereas the toe area did I should have gone with a large. I slept in them and when I woke up my feet wasn't actually killing me like normal the compression really do work and help a lot. These are not really bulky to wear and these allow socks to be put on over the top of them and do not cause any irritation or at least for me they haven't. There is only one way these can be put on as you will note from the logo on the ankle band.
