When I saw this I first thought of my daughter for school as it's not really short and she can still wear a then pair off leggings under it.

This is not really a soft tulle used its kind of stiff and doesn't really flow too well when you move.
The waistband gets twisted up very easy I found myself having to flatten it back out a few times already just from trying this on. I wear a small or a size 6 us and weigh 130lbs I do have a slight stomach and this fit me fine and wasn't really too tight in the waist the elastic had plenty of giving.
This does have a built in underskirt which comes just above the length of the tulle it is slightly see through in the right light, though. This will be great for a party or even Halloween costume.  But I don't feel this is more than that I would have liked the tulle to be more manageable and softer.
I won't toss this in my washer I will only hand wash unless I use a delicate bag to protect the tulle.
