I got this to wear over a few of my dresses that have short sleeves for those cold evening's this is a very classy looking jacket.
his looks great with a dress or pantsuit and blouse you have so many different options for this blazer to be worn with I love it. This is open front so no buttons or zipper to mess with and does have 2 really nice deep pockets to keep keys or small pocket purse or even phone in.
I wear a small to a medium but I chose this in a medium as I didn't want it to be a snug fit just something to cover my arms and shoulders when wearing a dress. The ruffles on the sleeves is a really nice added feature to this jacket makes it stand out more. 
I did wash this as I normally wash clothes and didn't notice anything different when it was dried. This has really nice and clean stitching.
