When I saw this I fell in love with it, you know when your browsing around window shopping and something jumps out at you that's what this dress did for me.
I did get this at a discounted price to try out and give my opinion on. I got mine in a small and so happy that it's a true USA small I was worried it may run small and wouldn't fit. The color of this is amazing I love it it really shows off good at a distant or close by. 
The leather skirt and material stop set this dress apart from the rest and the side tie is awesome really helps distract from the stomach if you have one like I do you can tie on the side or on the front side the bands are quite long to have a bow or just a single knot.
There is no zipper on this dress so if you have a larger bust than a 34 c I would go with a medium rather than a small as it was a little tight pulling the skirt over my bust and  I'm not big chested. The top of the dress does have plenty of stretch and I love the little peek a boo above the chest to show a little bust. 

 I don't think this would hold up too well going through the washer so I would say hand wash this only.
