I got these with my husband in mind he doesn't like to use Q-tips to clean his ears out but always complains about the ear wax. Plus he talks louder when his ears are dirty like I assume all of us do.

I love these myself so easy to use and better than the Q-tips but not as soft and does take a little bit of getting used too to know how far to insert and how hard to scrape.
You have several different sized  scoops for  scooping out the wax even a spring Q-tip to get the side  of the ear canal that the scoops missed.
These are double sided and have some great bits but I prefer the scoops over the drill like bits.
I love that this set comes with everything you could need to keep your ears clean and a case to keep them all in. Over time this is going to save a bunch of cash as these can be washed and used on other members of the home. 
I wash ours with soap and water first then I boil ours to clean them in a little hot water to make sure they are clean we don't need ear infections.
