I love this cup i got it for traveling in  the car i love how easy it is to change the size of it simply pull the bottom and it extends this  only holds around 12 ounces but good for on the go. 
This holds hot and cold liquid  and the tops easy to put on and off i love that the top has a spout protection to prevent spills and dirt getting in your cup. This can be used for tea soda soup water coffee juice and more.
You don't want to squeeze the bottom when extended too much as the lid  just pops off. This is a little on the small side for me to use all day in and around the home but great for a quick drink on the go.
