When I saw this dress I loved it by the design and colors it looks so business woman like and different to what I normally would get. I chose a small as that's what I normally wear. 

I received a discount to get this dress and try it out.  I feel as if this dress runs slightly smaller than it's marked up I wear a small to a medium normally depending on the brand I had a few issues getting this dress on and off more off than on, though.
The colors are amazing and the design really sets this dress off. I loved the zipper on the front so you can show some cleavage if you wish or not. I did wash this in a normal load of other darks it didn't run or fade yet and dried just fine. If you are going to purchase this are slightly between sizes and not looking to go on a diet I would get the next size up. Putting this dress on was not too bad I thought at first I could step into it and pull it up over my hips wrong didn't go over my hips had to go over my head which wasn't too bad but a little tight fitting. 
The zipper pulled up with ease no problems but coming to take the dress off was a challenge it was like I poured myself into the dress and set it was tight getting off and a struggle if I had gotten the medium it would have been fine. I'm not going to downgrade the stars too much because of this though but not going to give 5 stars either.
the slit in the back of the dress is fine which allows you to walk with ease and not like a penguin.
