Where have these been all my life, I have boots that I wear in that tend to rub the ankles or calf because they are wider than they should be. These boot cuffs they are soft and warm and on top of it being quite stylish. I was sent these for free I can slip these on and be comfortable and not worry about the boots running. 
These are made of yarn it's a nice soft one with an added buttons as a style feature. These came in a pack of 2 I got a cream and a gray and both colors are a good match with most outfits. These look good as short leg warmers over the top of leggings also tucked into sneakers or boots.
I didn't have any issues with these they did shrink slightly in the wash but nothing much, but easily stretch back to normal after being worn once. The buttons on knee-high can be a little awkward but perfect for those ankle boots.
these would make an excelent stocking stuffer for any woman.
