This is such a great thing to have and easy to use once you get the fight app and get it to connect via Bluetooth correctly.
I had my fair share of issues with this at first when I opened it the battery was drained so I had to replace the battery which wasn't a big deal I always have spare cr2032 batteries laying around.
Then I downloaded several of the apps listed in the instruction manual to find out that it was not auto detecting it this was quite frustrating. I was using this on an android LG l90 phone so I assumed this was part of my problem as most things now are for iphones which is frustrating as not everyone has one. I used the runtastic app to finally get it to connect.
This connects to your body with sticky tabs which are really easy to connect you can place anywhere but needs to be placed where it will detect your heart rate best which is below the left breast the sticky tabs don't leave any residue on your skin and are easy to stick and take off and held on quite well.
You get 20 sticky tabs enough to last quite a while, to change the battery is not hard just flip off the back tab and replace don't force the back on just gently press there is only one way it will lock on in place. This was pretty accurate but a lot of movement did have an effect on the sensor and a lot of sweating did cause the sticky tabs to come loose it didn't fall off but did move some. i love the idea of this but didn't like the frustrations of trying to get it to work i wish it was slightly more simple and more compatible with other devices.
