At first, I really  didn't think much of these till I started using them every other day and noticed an improvement in  my skin I don't know if it was the body wash I was using with these or just these that helped.

These were as hard as a rock when I first opened them but after soaking in warm water for a few seconds these  soon softened up.
You have 3 different sizes to pick from I use the larger one for my  body back arms legs chest  and use the smaller circles for my face only. the larger one has a really nice ridged back side that i use on my back it seems to really help clean the pores out.
I have to admit when you first wet these they don't exactly smell very nice and when you add a scented cleanser it mixes and is not at all pleasant but the results are worth it I think.
After the first few uses, i noticed my already visible breakouts fade away faster than normal and a glow to my skin. If these are too dry they do feel rough  and scratchy on your skin so make sure they are really wet before applying your cleanser to it these foam up really good. these have become a fast favorite of mine for now and seem to hold up quite well I'm not big on the string thats attached that just seems to be in the way at times.
