With having children and quitting smoking I gained a few pounds more from quitting smoking than I did from ever having kids which is weird but I want to get back in shape so I thought this would help give me my figure back.

i did receive this for free to try so I got this in a large as I normally wear a small and I do have quite the stomach right now but even this in a large wouldn't go around me it's more like an extra small. I want a thinner waist not super thin I did manage to lay on the bed and fight to get this fastened up some but I couldn't breathe it was way too tight to even be comfortable.

Fastening wasn't too bad if you start from the top and go down was so hard I thought than to go from the bottom up. I had to get my husband to help get me out of it once I crammed myself into this. With the right size, it would have been ok but china sizes compared to USA sizes are completely different. We should all use the same measuring tapes to make things easier on picking clothing.

you have 3 rows of hook and eyes to sinch down after you have trained your waist on the outer set.its a great material and really holds up well it does give a few ruffles under clothing though if you slouch slightly.
