I was happy to test this out as my hubby is a heavy snorer, i joke around about he was sawing redwood trees down he was that loud. This is a lubricating spray to line your larynx with.

This is easy enough to use simply turn the spray tube to the side or straight up and spray 3 times into your mouth aiming for the back of the throat. Hold for about 30seconds then swallow. Do not eat or drink after spraying, as it will wash away the oil.
This has an almost toothpaste flavor spearmint, it's not too bad tasting but I've tasted better things. This does take a few days of use to see any difference in user. My husband used it and every time he took a nap or going to bed at night and i did notice a dramatic improvement in his snoring, it didn't stop completely yet but has calmed him down to where i can get some rest if i ever make it to bed as for me it's hard to tell on yourself.
He hasn't reported any issues with using it he did say that he didn't wake up with dry mouth as much which in my eyes in another positive thing.

 we didn't experience instant relief but  a gradual is better than full blown snoring any day.
