Getting back in shape is a goal of mine but after not working out for so long the muscles hurt after a while, but this really helps ease the muscles after a workout the color is awesome as I love purple. 

I received this for free but that didn't influence my opinion. this is easy to use simply place on sore muscle and roll it back and too, or get someone to run this up and down your back you will feel the tension release. this does have a little weight to it and could be used as a workout weight in the hand. the design is different but surprisingly works good, each of the rubber spikes presses into the muscle and helps relieve some of the tension.
I got my daughter to help me after working in the yard this weekend my whole body was sore and tight I got my daughter to run this on my back and legs and it helped ease off some of my tightened muscles. normally the morning after a good workout I'm so stiff i can hardly walk but this really helps ease the stiffness every time I get this out my dog goes fool thinking it's one of her chew toys
