frankincense essential oil has so many benefits to it to use in just a diffuser is such a waste. I use this in a cream i use nightly and with the added frankincense essential oil only a few drops helps relax just as lavender does.
I also use on my skeeter bites lately here we are over run with skeeters and my family has a lot of bites rubbing a small amount on the bite area helps sooth the itching it's not instant but does help.
I also use in my diffuser the smell is not for everyone it's quite a potent smell almost a musk smell, but is very soothing and will help you get a good nights rest. The frankincense essential oil has its own dropper built in so it's easy to drop into cream or diffuser.
