I'm bad at grinding my teeth I have since I was a child, I grind them so bad I wake myself and husband up. After years of grinding my teeth, my back teeth are not in the best shape.

This is like so many other dental guards I have used but this one can be worn on top or bottom and forms to your teeth by dropping in some boiling water for a few seconds.
You get 3 guards enough to last at least 12 months or more depending on how bad you grind your teeth, I go through one roughly every 4 months. because of continued use and grinding i do grind down the top part of these mainly near the back mid section.
Storage tray
They include a tray to keep your used guard in during the day while not in use and has 2 tiny holes in for excess saliva to drain out so be sure to place on a paper towel or put a paper towel inside or rinse before storing.
molded to the shape of my teeth
This is quite comfortable after being formed to your teeth and gums pattern. My only issue is like with all other mouth guards the excess build up of saliva and drooling that these cause.

 you can wear top and bottom but i just find that so uncomfortable but does help prevent snoring as it helps keep your airway open more. and with 2 in your mouth you cant exactly hide it as well as you can with just one.
