I have been taking these for the last 20 days or so, they don't have an aftertaste or give me any unwanted side effects, I did receive these for free to try and I can honestly say the only thing I have noticed is a lack of acne breakout and softer skin.

These came with a safety seal on the bottle to show they haven't been tampered with like most all pills do now. These was easy to open and no problems in taking them they are a good sized pill. I was taking 1 pill a day after lunch, during the first week, i noticed an improvement n my skin becoming softer but after a few weeks. I noticed my normal acne breakouts have fallen from 5 to 6 pimples to 1 or 2 I'll take that any day. My skins not as oily or dry patches as it used to be before taking these it does look like it has been refreshed.

I don't really have any fine lines to really speak of yet or that I have noticed but I am at that time in my life when I must do all I can to prevent the signs of aging. But with these having multiple vitamins included it is a good one to take we all need A C D E to help our bodies.
