You have probably seen this advertised on tv and how easy it looked. Well, it's not as easy as it looked. I got this at a discount to try as I'm trying to get back in shape and lose my stomach.

So I get into the push-up position on my knees though and hold on to the handles and roll it forward trying not to go flat on my face but keep my balance. As you stretch out you feel your abs tense and tighten as you balance and hold the position and when you pull back in again you can feel your muscles contract and release.
 This will take a little getting used too especially to know how far you can go and build up the muscles and burn off that fat. My first few times I was scared to go too far down but after using for a few weeks now I'm more comfortable using it even my husband loves this really targets the stomach and arms.
This was really easy to assemble no tools needed just slide the bar through the 2 wheels and push on the handle grips to hold the wheels in place. You want to make sure the handle grips are pushed all the way on to prevent the wheels from wobbling. this is pretty sturdy and will handle almost all you can throw at it
