I love this belt it's not as discrete as some of them but this one is comfortable to wear all day long. I got this at a discounted price but worth every penny.

This really gets warm the longer you wear it and you can feel the sweat as the day goes on. Don't expect instant results this is something that's going to happen over long periods of time. Wearing while walking and exercising is the key the more activity you do the more you sweat the more it's working. Even just sitting still you feel it get warm around your waste.
 I got large as I normally wear a small to a medium and this is perfect I find the extra wrap really helps produce and keep the heat inside. I wrap mine as tight as I can without cutting off circulation or causing damage or being uncomfortable. Wearing this also helps improve your posture as it's hard to slouch in it. This is held on by a large strip of Velcro which can look a little bumpy under some clothing, but a small price to pay for help in losing the baby weight. This has a good stretchy material and is quite soft and smooth clothing does tend to cling to it, though.
