I received this to try out at a discounted price, and let me tell you it's not too bad if you like Vick's vapor rub you will enjoy this one. I used in my diffuser at night in my daughter's room when she had a stuffy nose

by morning she was breathing with ease, the smell can be a little overpowering if you use too much. I found 6 drops was plenty for her mid-sized room the bottle has its own built in dropper which does make it easy to drop into  the diffuser or oil burner.
you can also apply this to your skin with a cream as long as you don't mind smelling like a menthol drop. I would apply one drop to your neck and rub in with some hand lotion to help breath in the menthol and help you breath better if you are going to apply to your skin. its that time of year when my family normally gets colds from the kids at school so i know this will be used quite alot.

 I quite enjoyed the smell of this but i don't mind menthol scents i enjoy the smell of vick's i know i'm a little weird
