Nothing beats sitting your feet in a bowl of warm water to soak and relax them for a while especially if you suffer with your feet. I have used this quite a few times this week after standing for a while my feet swell up like balloons.
After using a few tablespoon's of this in a bowl full of warm water I find my feet feel so much softer, the dead skin just falls off easier. The salt helps to combat fungal infections I have always suffered with my one big toe since I had an accident when I was younger and this soak really helps ease off the irritation I normally get.
This has a really nice scent to this that just helps relax you also as it floats up from the warm water. This doesn't take long to dissolve in warm water, I like to run my feet over the salt as it's dissolving to help loosen the dead skin on the bottom of my feet. my feet normally ache daily and this helps relieve some of the daily aches and pain but doesn't last for more than a few hours, once I'm back up on my feet they start to ache again.
