To me, I find earbuds are much easier to carry around than headphones. These PECHAM in-ear earbuds are in a style that I find most comfortable in the ears than most, these are designed to be comfortable. The earbuds itself have a special design to seal the ear off to get the best sound while helping cancel out background noise. These also have an inline mic with volume adjust for those calls while you are listening to music or for privacy. I wore these for 3 hrs straight and didn't have any problems with them, my ears did not hurt like they do with other styles.
The earbuds itself are clearly marked L for the left ear and R for the right ear. You get spare earbud covers to suit the best fit for your inner ear, myself the medium pre-installed are good for my ears but for children, the small are a good fit. The offset design really helps make a good seal to help block out background noise. I find these designs are comfortable to wear for hours without my ears hurting. The sound quality is not too bad and does have a fair amount of bass for earbuds. some music I had to adjust the volume same as some calls that were quieter than others.
The inline controls are easy enough to use, volume up and volume down denoted with the - and + symbols the center button is pressed and held to activate the mic when using for in call feature. pressing the center button once will start playing music on your device double click it will skip to the next song.to answer a call while playing music simply press the center button to try not to cover the small pinhole mic on the back of the control when using them for calls
The connection is a 3.5mm jack that fits most phones and tablets or computers but I did find the cable is a little on the short side to be used on a desktop. On some devices I found I can not push the jack in all the way I have to back it out slightly to get good sound in both ears.
