These are something that i needed and glad i had the chance to try them out. I used to take another brand Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies that worked great on my nails. I saw an improvement in only a week after taking these Aviano Botanicals Hair Skin & Nails Vitamins for Men & Women. These are a tablet form and i think a little on the large size i did have a little issue swallowing them. You have to take 3 of these a day with a meal according to the directions. You could break them up throughout the day breakfast lunch & dinner so it's not too bad in one go. 

The label is filled with a lot of information for all the ingredients and vitamins that are used in these vitamins. They do have that almost cod liver oil smell like most multivitamins have. There are 90 tablets in the bottle enough for one month. The bottle does come with a security seal so you know they have not been tampered with.

I took these vitamins every day along with my husband. I wanted to see if they worked different on each of us. I did notice a visible difference in my skin after the first week along with my nails getting stronger.
I have been taking these hair,skin and nails vitamins now for a little while and even just after a week i have noticed a huge difference in my nails. My nails do seem to be stronger , my skin even seems to have improved slightly i normally have dry skin and i have noticed an increase in moisture over the last few weeks. As for my hair it does look more shiny than normal and i do have a lot of natural oil in my hair. 

I know there are other brands out there but i can say that these honestly do work. My nails got stronger my hair shiny and my skin increased moisture in as little as a week. My only issue with these is the taste if they dissolve slightly on your tongue they do leave quite a horrid taste in your mouth for a while. I did not notice any increase in hair growth on me but i did see a difference in my husband his hair seemed to get thicker.  

taking 3 of these  a day is a little much specially if you take all 3 in one go that is the only thing that really puts me of purchasing more of these i will go with the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies as they are easier to take and only need 2 a day.
