I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas but i found myself using them just as much as she does. For the price you really can't complain they works really good and dry fast which is ideal especially when children are involved they don't have the patient to wait for them to dry. 
You get five colors teal yellow pink silver and black and three of the five colors glow in the dark 
for $14. plus shipping these are a must for any little girl or big girl in my case.

each one of the colors has a pen style tip as well as a
brush applicator the teal pink and yellow all glow in the dark these are more of a pastel matt color than a shiny gloss finish.
The pen tip is really easy to use simply squeeze the side of the bottle gently and dab the pen nib until the polish starts to come out and do your designs. i find that if you keep a gentle squeeze going the polish flows freely allowing you to design with ease the yellow is the hardest of the five to show up the most and takes a few coats to cover your nail if you use that as a base color.
The brush is a really nice easy brush to use you can cover a nail in 3 easy swipes it spreads nice and even over the nail and cleans up really easy if you make mistakes. 
we have even used this polish to do some splatter decoration on some of my ecigs and the polish has held up really well. these don't hold a vast amount of polish but do hold enough for children to be happy with
